  Starting at 8:00 PM, we will pick you up from your hotel, house, or apartment where you are staying to begin the excursion.

  Dinner at Cruz Aike Ranch.

  A historic site in the city has reopened with a renovated space. The dinner includes a lamb empanada (meat or humita option), grilled lamb with a side dish (salad or fries) or ribeye steak, flan with dulce de leche and cream for dessert, and one non-alcoholic beverage per person. A vegetarian/vegan menu is available upon prior request.

  Stargazing and Astronomy

  After dinner, we will enjoy sky observation with telescopes. With this instrument, you will be able to observe the Moon, planets, nebulae, star clusters, and the brightest stars.
  After the telescope observation, we will go to a site completely away from the city’s light pollution, where you can enjoy observing with the naked eye one of the 10 best skies in the world.

  Astrophotography

  To conclude the experience, we will take a nighttime photograph so that passengers can take home a free memory of the activity, with the sky and stars in the background. To streamline the activity, one photo will be taken per reservation.

    Dinner includes a starter of lamb empanada, with a choice of meat or humita. As the main course, grilled lamb will be served with a side of your choice (salad or fries), although those who prefer can opt for a ribeye steak instead.   • What happens in case of bad weather the day of the tour?

    In case of bad weather or any external factor that prevents the activity execution, you will be informed about the cancellation of the service. We’ll coordinate with the passenger to reschedule. In case the passenger does not agree to the date change, the total amount paid will be refunded.

  • Can I do the tour without the transfer service?

    The tour without transfers has the same price as with transfers, so we recommend hiring the activity with departure from El Calafate. Those passengers returning from the glacier who prefer to go directly to the “Estancia Tierras Patagónicas” should contact our customer service.
